What we do
We have been making vegan alternatives in Syracuse since 2014. We started at the old Marshall Street Funk N Waffles and have been going since. We first began supplying the cheez to Funk N Waffles since the owner of PMA worked there(and still does from time to time!) and the owner of Funk was down to give it a go. Since then, PMA has been supplying many of the best local restaurants and shops. We have recently been expanding into doing meat alternatives and more fun styles of cheez. Give us a shout!

We're back at it in the Atrium for some limited hours. Tuesday-Thursday 10am-2pm. Stop by for some cheez, hot mac n cheez, pb cups, or just to goof around and joke with us! See you soon!
